For sign-in, activity, venue, privacy, or safety help, email admin@cashcowboy.net. Tell us whether you use email or phone sign-in and include the error message. Never send a verification code, password, identity document, or payment-card information.

- 确认邮箱拼写正确，或手机号码为有效的加拿大/美国 +1 十位号码。
- 查看垃圾邮件、促销邮件和短信拦截目录；等待倒计时结束后再重新发送。
- 只使用最新收到的六位验证码；旧验证码或已过期验证码不会通过。
- 如果多次尝试后仍未收到，请暂停一段时间并联系我们，避免触发发送限流。
Check the email spelling or use a valid ten-digit Canada/US +1 number. Review junk, promotions, and blocked-message folders, wait for the resend timer, and use only the newest six-digit code. If repeated attempts fail, pause and contact us so rate limits are not repeatedly triggered.
活动、申请与聊天 / Activities, requests, and chat
在活动详情页可以申请加入或撤回申请；发起人接受后，活动群聊才会开放。活动已满、已开始、已结束或被取消时，部分操作会停止。费用仅作为信息显示，当前版本不代收活动、陪练或场馆费用。
You can request to join or withdraw from an activity detail page. Activity chat opens only after the host accepts the request. Some actions stop when an activity is full, started, ended, or cancelled. Displayed costs are informational; this version does not process activity, coaching, or venue payments.
举报、拉黑与紧急情况 / Reports, blocking, and emergencies
你可以在活动或消息菜单中举报内容，并在安全中心管理拉黑用户。举报时请提供必要事实，不要发送无关的敏感资料。Onside 不是紧急、医疗或安保服务；如果有人面临即时危险，请立即联系 911 或当地应急机构。
Use the activity or message menu to report content and the Safety Centre to manage blocked users. Include necessary facts without unrelated sensitive information. Onside is not an emergency, medical, or security service. Contact 911 or local emergency services if anyone is in immediate danger.
删除账户和数据 / Delete your account and data
登录 App 后进入“我的”页面，选择“删除账户和所有数据”，阅读提示并确认即可提交永久删除。删除完成后当前会话会退出；法律、安全、防欺诈或争议处理要求保留的有限记录除外。
In the signed-in app, open Me and choose “Delete account and all data,” review the warning, and confirm permanent deletion. The current session signs out after completion, except for limited records that must be retained for legal, safety, fraud-prevention, or dispute purposes.

If you cannot sign in, contact us from the email associated with the account. We may need to verify the requester before acting to protect the account.
场馆与服务者 / Venues and providers
场馆账号需要先关联并核验场馆，服务者需要通过审核，才可以发布相应的场馆空位或有偿陪练。请使用与账号关联的邮箱联系支持，并提供场馆或申请名称；不要通过普通邮件发送不必要的证件。
Venue accounts must link and verify a venue, and service providers must be approved before posting venue openings or paid coaching. Contact support from the account email and provide the venue or application name. Do not send unnecessary identity documents by ordinary email.
