概述 / Overview

Onside 同场（“Onside”）由 Digital Cash Cowboy Inc. 运营，帮助成年人发现、组织和参加运动活动。本政策说明我们在你使用 Onside 网站和移动应用时如何处理个人信息。

Onside is operated by Digital Cash Cowboy Inc. and helps adults discover, organize and join sports activities. This policy explains how we handle personal information when you use our website and mobile apps.

我们收集的信息 / Information we collect

• 账户与个人资料：邮箱或手机号码、用户编号、显示名称、头像、城市、自我介绍及语言偏好。
• 自愿搭子资料：保存找活动需求时，你可以选择是否公开自报年龄和性别；不填写即不公开。当前活动与搭子匹配只使用你主动选择的运动、地点或城市、日期与时间、年龄范围，以及“不限／女性／男性”性别偏好；选择“不限”不会排除未公开性别或仍含历史资料的需求。旧版本曾允许用户自愿填写文化或族裔背景、常用语言和希望建立的联系，这些历史资料在账户删除前可能继续保存，但当前界面不再收集或展示，也不再作为当前筛选条件。我们不收集出生日期用于搭子筛选，也不会推断你未公开的资料。
• 活动内容：你发布或申请的活动、场馆资料、收藏、参加状态和相关时间地点。
• 通信内容：你在已确认活动会话中发送的消息，以及应用内通知状态。
• 安全内容：你提交的举报、拉黑记录和处理该请求所需的信息。
• 技术信息：登录会话和保障服务安全、排查故障所需的基本设备与日志信息。

We collect account details such as email address or phone number, profile details, activity and venue content, messages, notification state, safety reports and blocks, plus limited technical information needed to operate and secure the service. When saving an activity need, you may choose whether to disclose a self-reported age and gender; leaving either blank keeps it private. Current activity and partner matching uses only the sport, place or city, date and time, age range, and “Any / Women / Men” gender preference you choose. “Any” does not exclude requests with undisclosed gender or legacy data. Earlier versions allowed optional cultural or ethnic background, languages and connection-goal entries. Those historical values may remain until account deletion, but the current interface no longer collects or displays them and they are not used as current filters. We do not collect a date of birth for partner filtering or infer information you do not disclose.

我们仅将这些信息用于提供登录和账户功能、展示活动，并按照用户主动选择的运动、地点或城市、日期与时间、年龄范围及“不限／女性／男性”性别偏好匹配活动与运动搭子；历史文化或族裔背景、语言和联系目的字段不作为当前筛选条件。我们也会用必要信息建立活动聊天、发送服务通知、处理安全请求、防止滥用、提供客服和改进可靠性。自愿资料不会用于广告、信用、保险、就业或自动推断。Onside 目前不出售个人信息，也不使用这些信息进行跨应用或跨网站追踪广告。

We use this information to provide accounts, show activities, and match activities and sports partners using the sport, place or city, date and time, age range, and “Any / Women / Men” gender preference the user chooses. Historical cultural or ethnic background, language, and connection-goal fields are not current filters. We also use necessary information for event chat, service notifications, safety handling, abuse prevention, support and reliability improvements. Voluntary details are not used for advertising, credit, insurance, employment or automated inference. Onside does not currently sell personal information or use it for cross-app or cross-site advertising tracking.

共享与服务商 / Sharing and service providers

活动发布者、已接受的参与者和其他用户会看到你主动公开或在活动中分享的信息。我们使用受合同约束的服务商提供账户与数据库托管、邮件、短信、文件、消息和地点搜索功能，包括 Supabase、Resend、Twilio 和 Google Maps Platform。场馆搜索会把你输入的关键词发送给 Google；我们保存稳定的 Google Place ID，以及由场馆代表核对确认的名称、地址、城市和坐标。Google 可能显示电话和网站供代表核对；只有代表主动确认、授权并提交后，我们才把它们保存为场馆自行提供的联系资料。我们不会仅因 Google 返回而保存评分、评论、照片或营业时间。除法律要求、保护用户安全或完成你请求的服务外，我们不会向其他机构披露个人信息。

Other users can see information you intentionally publish or share within an activity. Contracted providers support accounts and database hosting, email, SMS, files, messages, and place search, including Supabase, Resend, Twilio, and Google Maps Platform. Venue search sends the text you enter to Google. We retain the stable Google Place ID and the name, address, city, and coordinates confirmed by the venue representative. Google may show a phone number and website for the representative to review; we save them as venue-submitted contact details only after the representative actively confirms and authorizes submission. We do not save ratings, reviews, photos, or opening hours merely because Google returned them. We do not disclose personal information to other organizations except when legally required, needed for safety, or necessary to provide a service you request.

保存、安全与跨境处理 / Retention, security and international processing

我们在提供服务、处理争议和履行法律义务所需的期限内保存信息，并采用访问控制、行级权限和加密传输等措施。服务商可能在加拿大以外处理数据；我们要求其提供与适用法律相符的保护。任何网络服务都无法保证绝对安全。

We retain information for as long as needed to provide the service, resolve disputes and meet legal obligations. We use measures such as access controls, row-level permissions and encrypted transport. Providers may process data outside Canada under appropriate safeguards. No internet service can guarantee absolute security.

你的选择与权利 / Your choices and rights

你可以在应用内修改个人资料、退出账户，或在“我的”页面永久删除账户和相关数据。你也可以联系我们，申请访问、更正或删除信息。出于防欺诈、法律或安全原因，我们可能保留必要的有限记录。

You can edit your profile, sign out, or permanently delete your account and associated data from the Me screen. You may also contact us to request access, correction or deletion. We may retain limited records when required for fraud prevention, legal or safety reasons.

照片、位置与通知 / Photos, location and notifications

只有当你主动选择头像时，Onside 才请求访问照片。你打开附近活动地图时，可以自愿允许应用在使用期间读取当前位置，用于在设备上确定地图中心并查询附近结果；我们不进行后台定位，也不会把你的实时位置保存到个人资料。你发布活动时确认的地点和坐标会公开显示，帮助参与者找到活动。系统通知权限将在启用推送功能时由你选择。

Onside requests photo access only when you choose a profile image. When you open the nearby-activity map, you may allow the app to read your location while in use so it can centre the map and query nearby results. We do not track location in the background or save your live location to your profile. The confirmed place and coordinates you publish for an activity are displayed so participants can find it. You will control notification permission when system push is enabled.

成年人服务与政策变更 / Adults only and policy changes

Onside 仅面向年满 18 岁的用户。我们可能更新本政策；重大变更会通过网站、应用或与你账户关联的邮箱通知，并在本页更新日期。

Onside is for users aged 18 and older. We may update this policy and will communicate material changes through the site, app or your account email while updating the date on this page.
